Please note the updated shipping conditions for each region:

• Germany: Free shipping on orders over €150

• EU countries: Free shipping on orders over €350

• Non-EU countries (except USA & Canada): Free shipping on orders over €600

• USA: Free DHL Express shipping on orders over €800

• Canada:
  – Free DHL Standard shipping on orders over €600
  – Free DHL Express shipping on orders over €800

VAT (Value Added Tax)

Due to a current technical issue in our online shop, VAT (19%) is not automatically removed for customers outside the EU.

If you are ordering from a non-EU country, we will manually refund the VAT via PayPal after your purchase.

This also means:

• The free-shipping thresholds listed above apply to the price displayed in the shop (including VAT).

• VAT will be refunded afterwards, but the system currently requires the full displayed price to activate the free-shipping option.
